Marcy Culbreth is an experienced real estate agent licensed in Florida and Kentucky who has worn several hats in life, such as a home economics teacher, a 4-H Agent with the University of Kentucky, as well as a stay-at-home mom. However, being a realtor is the professional hat that fits her the best!
Early on in life she developed a passion for the beauty and functionality of homes. This later translated into a love for the housing industry as a whole and in 1983 she became licensed as a realtor in Kentucky. After a season of staying at home with her daughter, she reactivated her license in 2014 as a realtor in Louisville, KY.
During her real estate career in Louisville, she became a multi-million-dollar producer and a member of a dynamic team where she assisted first-time homebuyers as well as experienced buyers and sellers. Always interested in personal growth, she trained in the Ninja Selling Process which prioritizes building relationships with customers by actively listening and helping them achieve their goals.
Guiding, educating, and supporting others is a natural part of Marcy’s life. Her degrees include a BS in Vocational Home Economics, a Masters in Teaching Home Economics, and a Masters in School Guidance Counseling. In her role as a realtor she is a trusted advisor for her clients.
Marcy and her husband relocated to Cape Coral in 2021 to be close to their daughter, and while continuing to be licensed in Kentucky, she joined John R Wood Christies International Real Estate as a Broker Associate. She has fallen in love with the warm waters and sunny days of Southwest Florida. During her down time, you will find her watering her plants, reading a business book, or browsing through antique stores.
Marcy brings persistence, organizational skill, practical guidance, a personable nature, and an eye for beauty to her work as a realtor. Her professionalism and commitment to outstanding customer service will help you find success in all of your real estate endeavors.
